PRODUCT & USAGE

1. How long do the press-on nails last?

The wear time depends on how you apply them and your daily activities.

  • With Nail Glue: Typically lasts 1–2 weeks. Best for long-term wear.
  • With Adhesive Tabs: Lasts 1–3 days. Perfect for special events or weekend wear.

To make them last longer, avoid keeping your hands in warm water for extended periods.

2. Are the nails reusable?

Yes! Our nails are designed to be durable and reusable. If you use adhesive tabs, reuse is very easy. If you use nail glue, we recommend removing them carefully (without force) to keep the nail shape intact for future use.

3. How do I find the right size?

We make it easy! Most of our sets come with 24 nail tips in 12 different sizes. This ensures that you will find the perfect fit for each of your fingers without needing to measure beforehand.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL orders within the United States. There are no minimum spend requirements and no hidden fees.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched (usually within 0–1 business days), you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Can I return or exchange my nails?

Due to the hygienic nature of nail products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items or open packages. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us immediately.

7. What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in our packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours at support@lynnsnail.com with a photo. We will prioritize sending a replacement.

8. Can I collect my order in person?

Absolutely! Since we are based in Charleston, IL, we offer free local collection. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout or visit us during our business hours:

  • Mon–Sat: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Sun: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Maestro. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
