  • Update Lag: Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information once you receive your code.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Lynn’s Nail is not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Lost/Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
